Tracking violations and sending kind notices

Violations, then Log a violation: pick the home, name the issue, describe what you observed, attach a photo. The record is board-only; residents never see the list.

The notice letter

From any open violation, open The notice letter. The AI drafts a courteous body: what was observed, what the covenants ask, a cure-by date, and an invitation to reply. Edit the wording right on the page, print it on community letterhead, and mail or hand-deliver it, then mark the violation Notice sent. The letter never threatens; assuming good faith is the house style.

The ladder

Open, Notice sent, Cured, Closed. A notice that sits unanswered for weeks surfaces on the board dashboard by itself. Fines are deliberately not part of this yet; the record and the letter resolve nearly everything.
