Printing a home's account statement

On the Dues page, each home in the period table has a Statement link. It opens a clean, printable page on your community letterhead showing that home's full dues history.

What it shows

Every invoice the home was actually billed, what it was for, whether a late fee was added, whether it was paid and how (card, bank transfer, autopay, check, cash, or waived) with the date, and the balance owed today in large type. A home that is square gets a line saying so.

What it leaves out

Draft invoices you have generated but not sent do not appear. Nobody has been billed for them yet, so a statement must not claim they are owed.

When you will want it

A home sells and the closing attorney asks for the account status. A homeowner disputes what they owe. A new treasurer takes over and wants to see history. Print it, hand it over, done.
