Signing in with a code (no passwords)
There are no passwords to create, remember, or reset. On your community's page, enter your email address and we send a 6-digit code. Type it in and you are signed in on that device.
If the code does not arrive
- Give it a full minute, then check your spam or junk folder; first codes sometimes land there. Mark it Not spam and the next ones behave.
- Use the Send me a new code button. Codes expire after 10 minutes, so a fresh one beats an old one.
- Make sure you typed the address your HOA has on file. A person can have more than one address on file; any of them works. If none do, your board can add or fix your email in a minute.
Why codes instead of passwords
Because the 78-year-old down the street should not need a password manager to see when her gutter gets fixed. Codes cannot be forgotten, reused from a breached site, or written on a sticky note.
