Reserving the clubhouse or pool

Go to yourcommunity.neighborpop.com/reserve. Pick the amenity, the date, and your start and end times (like 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm), add your name and email, and tap Reserve it.

Instant or board-confirmed

Some amenities book instantly: you are done, and the confirmation is in your email. Others are marked "board confirms": your request goes to the board and you will hear back by email either way, usually quickly, since it shows up on their to-do list the moment you ask.

If your time is taken

The calendar checks for overlaps before saying yes. If someone already has the slot, you will see exactly what time is spoken for so you can pick around it.

Plans changed?

Your confirmation email carries a private manage link. Open it and tap cancel; the slot frees up for the neighbors immediately.
