Reservations without the group text
Each amenity is either instant, where a booking confirms itself and blocks the time, or board-confirmed, where the request lands on the board's list and the resident hears back by email. Double-bookings are simply impossible: the calendar checks for overlap before it says yes. Every confirmation carries a cancel link, so freeing up a slot takes one tap.

Board meetings, socials, pool opening day: a board member types them in thirty seconds. Public events show on your community page and in the monthly board digest; board-only items stay inside. No accounts, no shared logins, no third-party calendar embeds.

Can residents reserve without creating an account?
Yes. Name, email, date, and time. The confirmation email carries a private link to manage or cancel the booking.
What stops double-bookings?
The calendar itself. An overlapping request is turned away with a kind note about what time is taken.
Do we need our own website anymore?
Many communities keep neighborpop.com as their only web presence: the public page covers who you are, what's happening, and how to join the email list or reach the board.
