The community calendar

More, then Calendar. Add an event with a date, a title and a few words about it, and it appears on the calendar every signed-in neighbor can see, and on your community's public page if you have one turned on.

What to put on it

The things people ask about: board meetings, the annual meeting, pool open and close, bulk trash days, the landscaper's schedule if it is predictable, and anything the clubhouse is booked for. A calendar with four real entries beats an empty one that looks abandoned.

Who sees it

Every resident sees the calendar in their portal, with what is coming up first and later entries below. If your public page is on, visitors see it too, which is useful for a community that wants prospective buyers to see a place where things happen.

Amenity bookings are separate

A neighbor reserving the clubhouse does that under Amenities, not here. Those bookings show on the amenity's own schedule. Use the calendar for things the whole community should know about, not for one family's Saturday.

What it will not do

There are no invitations, no RSVPs, no reminders and no repeating events yet, so a monthly meeting is entered monthly. It is a noticeboard, not a scheduling system.

Did this answer it? If not, email us; a human replies, usually same day.
