My home: what you owe, what you booked, what you asked

Once you sign in, My home is the page that answers where do I stand. You only see the parts that apply to you, so a community without a clubhouse has no bookings section and a renter whose landlord is invoiced has no dues section.

What is on it

  • Your dues. Either the total outstanding or the words you are paid up, then one line per period so you can see what has already been paid.
  • Your bookings. The amenity reservations still ahead of you, with the date and time. Past bookings drop off.
  • Your maintenance requests. Everything you reported, and where each one stands right now.
  • Your change requests. Anything you asked the board's permission for, and what has been decided.

Why you cannot pay or cancel from this page

The page shows you where things stand. Paying an invoice and cancelling a booking both happen through the link your community emailed you, and that is deliberate. Those links are created once and stored scrambled, so nobody can look one up afterwards and hand it out. That includes us. It means the page you are signed into cannot be used to cancel someone else's clubhouse booking or open someone else's payment.

If you cannot find the email

Reply to any email from your community and ask them to resend it. Your board can reissue an invoice or a booking confirmation in a few seconds.

You never have to sign in at all

Every link your community emails you works on its own. Reporting a problem, paying dues, booking an amenity, and answering a request all happen straight from the email. My home is a convenience for seeing everything at once, not a step you are required to take.

Did this answer it? If not, email us; a human replies, usually same day.
