Reporting a maintenance problem

Pick whichever is easiest; they all end in the same queue.

  • The form. Your community's site has a Report an issue page: what happened, where, add a photo, done in a minute.
  • Plain email. Write to your community's email address the way you would write to a neighbor. Attach photos if you have them. It gets read and filed.
  • Tell a board member. The time-honored way still works: they forward your message in, and you are recorded as the person who reported it, so updates come to you, not them.

After you report

You get a confirmation email with a tracking link. That link shows current status any time, no sign-in needed. You will also get an email when anything meaningful changes: approved, scheduled, done.

Did this answer it? If not, email us; a human replies, usually same day.

This is the how-to. If you want the why, work orders has its own page explaining what it does and what it replaces.
