Import without fear

Upload any CSV export (Wild Apricot, a management company report, a plain spreadsheet). You map the columns, preview the result, then commit. People are matched by email, so running an import twice updates records instead of duplicating them, and an import never blows away a field you fixed by hand or downgrades anyone's role.

People are more than one email address

Real neighbors have a work address and a personal one, or the address the old roster had plus the one they actually use. A person can carry several addresses: any of them can sign in and send requests, while community email goes once to their main address. Spouses each get their own entry, the way an actual household works.

One page per home, not six

Eight kinds of record can attach to a house: who lives there, the repairs, the violations, the change requests, the dues, the amenity bookings. Open the address and they are all on one page, each linking through to the full record. A board member checking a house before a meeting reads one page instead of opening six parts of the software and holding the answer in their head.

One box over the whole community

Search covers homes, people, repairs, violations, change requests, vendors, bills, documents and announcements at once. Type a surname, part of an address, or a work order number. You never have to know which part of the software owns the thing you half remember, which is the tax most software quietly charges a volunteer who uses it twice a month.

Roles decide what people see

Admins run the community, board members see approvals and reports, residents see their own requests and community pages. One directory drives all of it: promote a new board member in one dropdown, and their view changes the moment they next sign in. Vendors stay out of the directory entirely; they get job links, not accounts.
