Importing your member directory

Directory, then Import. Upload any CSV: a Wild Apricot member export, a management company report, or a spreadsheet you keep yourself (export it as CSV first).

How it works

You map columns (which column is the email, which is the street address), preview the first rows, then commit. Households are created from street addresses, people are linked to their homes, and tags in your file come along.

Why re-imports are safe

People are matched by email address. Someone already in the directory gets updated, never duplicated, and an import only fills empty fields; it never overwrites something you fixed by hand, and it never downgrades anyone's role. Get a fresh export next quarter? Import it right over the top.
