The sent log and open tracking

Open Sent mail from the More menu. Every email neighborPOP has sent for your community is there: invoices, approval requests, resident updates, announcements. Filter by kind or status, or search an address, when someone asks "did that go out?"

Opens on announcements

Each sent announcement's page lists everyone it reached with a check and a time for those who have opened it. The list page shows the opened count at a glance.

Why the number runs low

Opens are counted by a tiny image in the email, and some mail apps do not load images. That means the count undercounts, never overcounts: every shown open is real, and the true number is usually a little higher. Transactional email like sign-in codes is plain text and is not tracked at all.

What is not kept

The log records who, what kind, when, and whether it succeeded. Message bodies are not archived here; announcements keep theirs on the announcement page.

Did this answer it? If not, email us; a human replies, usually same day.
