When your HOA has no member emails

Plenty of associations have a paper roster and a dozen emails. Everything board-side works fine that way; the resident layer (status updates, announcements, online dues) needs addresses. So the product helps you collect them.

The join page

Every community has one at yourcommunity.neighborpop.com/join. A resident enters their own name, address, and email; it lands in your review inbox like everything else, with their home matched from the address. One click approves it, and they get a welcome email with their sign-in link. Nothing enters the directory without board approval.

The flyer

Directory, then Join flyer: a print-ready page with a mailbox flyer (big link and a QR code) and a letter version of the same invitation. Hand them out at the annual meeting and dues season; most neighborhoods recover the bulk of their emails inside a month.

Did this answer it? If not, email us; a human replies, usually same day.
