Drafting the board packet

Open Board packet from the More menu (or the dashboard tile) and tap "Draft this month's packet." About fifteen seconds later you have the whole meeting: a drafted agenda, a state-of-the-neighborhood paragraph for the president, and tables of open work, pending decisions, money position, violations, and what's coming up.

What goes in

Old business is anything open more than a month. New business is fresh work orders, change requests awaiting a decision, and reservations to confirm. The money minute shows budget spent against planned with the year's pace, and dues collection status where that feature is on. Events and scheduled maintenance for the next 45 days close it out. Empty sections simply do not appear.

Editing and printing

The two written blocks (the agenda and the read-aloud paragraph) are editable right on the page: tap and type. The tables are not editable because they are the record itself. Print with the button up top; menus and buttons stay behind and the sections avoid awkward page breaks.

Nothing is saved

Packets are drafted fresh every time, so what you print is current as of that minute. If the meeting moves a week, just draft it again.
