Working with vendors (no accounts required)

Vendors never get accounts, because vendors do not want accounts. Add your vendors once (name, trade, contact), then assign one to a work order and send the job link.

What the vendor sees

The job page shows what they need: the problem, the address, the photos. They can add a note, upload their own photos, and press Mark complete when done. The board is notified the moment they do.

Control stays with you

Each link is specific to one vendor and one job, expires on its own, and can be revoked any time from the work order page (if a job changes hands, revoke and reissue). Vendors never see your directory, other jobs, or anything beyond their own work.
