The AI inbox: review, confirm, undo
Email to your community's address lands in Admin, then Inbox, already read and drafted: classification, the extracted details, the original sender identified even through forwarding chains, attachments pulled through.
Your three buttons
- Confirm files it: a maintenance request becomes a work order (photos attached, reporter set so they get updates). You can edit anything on the draft first, including who the updates go to.
- Dismiss archives it without creating anything. The original email is kept either way.
- Undo reverts a filed item completely, including anything that was auto-filed.
The modes
Stage for review (the default): everything waits for a person. Auto-file confident requests: high-confidence maintenance requests file themselves, each with Undo, and anything uncertain still waits. You can change modes in Settings any time; when in doubt, stay on review.
