Sending a community announcement

Admin, then Email, then New announcement. Write it (short paragraphs win), pick the audience: everyone, owners only, the board, or a tag like "pool volunteers."

Before it sends

The preview screen shows exactly how many people will receive it, including how many are excluded because they unsubscribed. Send yourself a test first; it is one button and future-you says thanks. Sending is always a human pressing a button after a preview. The AI can draft an announcement for you, but it cannot send one; that is a rule of the product, not a setting.

After it sends

Delivery is tracked per person, failures are visible instead of silent, and the announcement can publish to your community news page so people who lose emails can still find it.
