Your data, exports, and leaving

The arrangement is simple: your HOA owns its data; we process it only to run neighborPOP on the HOA's behalf. We never sell personal data, run no ads, and use no tracking beyond first-party operational logs.

What we store

The directory your HOA provides, plus what the platform produces: work orders and their photos, documents, community email history, approval records, and delivery logs. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our systems.

If you leave

Cancel any time; it is month to month. Your directory, work order history, costs, and documents export on request in standard formats, and after you go we delete what remains (backups purge within 90 days). No exit fees, no hostage data. The full detail lives in the privacy policy.
